Martial arts work out

We have both found that working with the body can be a useful way to release stress, anxiety or pent up anger. It can help you shift your mood, feel more confident and grounded. Some people feel more energetic after doing exercises and other people feel calmer and more relaxed.

We think it is useful to try things out to see if there is something that works for you. We are all different – what works for one person might not work for someone else. Also we can feel different and have different needs from one day to another. Trying things out and practicing different exercises can help you have a greater sense of choice.
