We just wanted to share an article that has been in the pipeline for a while…
Kate suggested we (Kate and Rufus) write this piece about the metaphor of football management and how it can help us think about managing our inner players. Its a relevant not just to voice hearers, its about giving our different selves a role in our psyche so they don’t try to sabotage us, like a disgruntled football player who encourages his peers not to play for the manager (aka Tottenham in recent times).
