Training

The training we offer is aimed at mental health workers, service users and family members and anyone interested in mental health and well-being.

We have an interest in providing training to inpatient settings as well as community settings. We also offer consultancy to groups and individuals.

The training is interactive and focuses on sharing skills, practical ideas and resources. Every training event will be different as we work interactively with participants and try to respond to what everyone brings to the event.

Below is a list of the different training days/workshops we offer (see more details under ‘Descriptions’). The list and descriptions are meant as guidelines. We adapt the content to specific contexts and deliver them as 2-3 hour workshops, 1/2 day workshops, 1-3 day training events.
