Daniel’s invitation:
Somewhere between a conference and a conversation; I have invited people from various therapeutic fields to come together for a day of sharing, reflection and development.
I propose that we use this space to discuss theoretical, emotional and practical concerns whilst reflecting on where we are individually and collectively in the work we do.
I have resisted the urge to completely map out the day with specific workshops. Rather I have set 4 workshops for the morning, whilst the afternoon session will be determined by attendees.
RSVP/booking is required for catering purposes.
Delicious vegan food will be available.

Morning workshops
Jim Davis will offer a workshop/discussion. Jim is an experienced therapist, supervisor trainer and workshop leader. His workshops are always thoughtful, informative and draw well on the skills and experience of attendees.
Daniel Weaver offers a workshop exploring non-verbal therapeutic exchanges. He works as a counsellor in both private practise and with a charity providing free counselling to people with learning disabilities and autism. He comes from a background in the expressive arts, utilising music, movement, visual arts and theatre.
Claire Pearl is a Psychotherapist and supervisor in private practise and training in wilderness therapy and working outdoors. She will give a personal account of working with Focussing, Shamanic Journeying and Nature including case studies, as a starting point for discussion.
Rufus May and Elisabeth Svanholmer will host a session on Compassionate approaches to voice hearing. How might we support people to change the relationship with voices they hear and live well with the experience.
